Freerange Comedy Festival Concepts

Sometimes you eat the bar (baaaa!) and sometimes the bar eats you.

Working with our good friend and very talented illustrator, Liam Palmer, we developed a distinctive and fun set of farmyard creatures to represent the Brewery Arts Centre’s new Freerange Comedy Festival.

Each year one lucky animal would be transformed into a stand-up comedian and play the part of lead image, with their farmyard companions in close attendance.

Although these designs didn’t win the day, losing out to one of our other suggestions, we still love the concept and think it’s worthy of inclusion.

A comedy cow in a boater hat, sharp suit and smoking a pipe – who wouldn’t laugh at that?
